PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, and it will take 2-5 days to deliver the order
All orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from Noida, India, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away, and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.
If you are shipping to a building without a concierge ora safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact gaze2360@gmail.com once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at gaze2360@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact gaze2360@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it for further assistance.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered, including the shipping address, is correct.
